How do I register for a free 30-day trial?

To register for a free 30-day trial, click on the 'Try Now' button in the top navigation of any page on www.jile.io or go directly to https://www.jile.io/jile-free-subscription-all-edition. Begin the registration process by filling up the form and selecting a password.

How does the 30-day trial work?

After you register for a trial account, you gain instant access to all of Jile's features for the next 30 days. No credit card or payment details are required.

What happens at the end of the trial?

We will send you an email when your trial period is about to expire and then you can opt for a paid subscription. For that, go to the Jile app - My Account and click 'Buy Now'. Once the payment is complete, the account will be converted to a paid one with all your data intact.

How many users does the 30-day trial include?

Your free 30-day trial includes up to 19 users and provides access to all Jile capabilities PLUS 24x7 support services.

What if I want to purchase more than 20 user licenses during the free trial period?

If more than 20 user licenses are needed, then the first 20 licenses are free for 30 days from the date of registration. All additional licenses are charged. For more details on the pricing, please follow the link.

How do I purchase Jile?

To purchase Jile, just go to 'My Account' inside the Jile application, click on BUY NOW and enter your credit card information.

I am interested in purchasing Jile subscription for multiple teams in an enterprise. How do I do that?

What are the billing options?

We offer a monthly (30 days) billing option. You can make the payment using your PayPal account, PayU (for India Customers), or Credit Card.

What happens when I click on Pay while purchasing a Plan?

Once you click and agree to pay, your PayPal account or credit card will be charged immediately for the first billing period (30 days).

How will I be charged for the next billing period?

Jile supports a monthly (30-day) billing period. You will be charged automatically in advance for the next billing period based on the user licenses procured.

What If I want to add or remove the user licenses?

You can add or remove licenses any time from the My Account page inside the Jile app.

How many users can I add to my subscription?

Infinite! You can procure and add as many licenses as you wish to at any point of time during your subscription period.

Will I be charged in my local currency?

Jile User Licenses are charged in US Dollars. You will be charged in your local currency based on the exchange rate at that point in time.

What happens to my data after the trial period is over?

Nothing! Your data stays intact for one whole month. Meanwhile, you can log in and subscribe to Jile's paid version.

How does Jile's pricing work?

Jile offers a Trial period of 30 days for up to 20 users. Currently, we are offering two editions - Standard Edition priced at USD 12 per user/month billed monthly. Our Enterprise Edition is priced at USD 20 per user/month billed monthly.

I am an existing customer; which edition my account will default to?

By default, all customers will be upgraded to the STANDARD Edition.

Do I lose any product capability when shifted to Standard Edition?

No, you will not lose any product capability with the new Standard Edition.

How can I enable the Enterprise Edition for my account/tenant?

a. The administrator user for your tenant can choose the 'Buy' option (after logging in) and follow the process to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition.

As a customer how will I know which edition I am subscribed to?

The edition information will be displayed on the 'MyAccount' page.

I am an Enterprise customer; can I 'downgrade' to the Standard Edition in the future?

At this point, we are unable to provide any downgrade path to the Standard edition.

Jile App Marketplace

Jile App Marketplace is the place where you can browse, explore & try out new Apps to enhance your experience using Jile. The App Marketplace offers apps, which are developed by Jile team and our partners.

Currently the app marketplace is in alpha version to enable our customers and partners provide feedback in order to enrich the marketplace functionalities as we plan to roll out the next version.

What is an app on the marketplace?

Marketplace app is any software solution, which works seamlessly with Jile application either extending existing features or offering completely new capability.

Can I try or buy an app from the alpha marketplace?

Yes, you can.

How can I try or buy an app from the marketplace?

Log in to the Jile app marketplace with your Jile tenant/user login. Click on the 'Subscribe for Free' or 'Contact us' button on the app details page. Follow the instructions for trying out the app. If you do not have a Jile tenant / user login you can sign-up here.

How is an app licensed?

Each app on the marketplace is written by the developer mentioned on the app details page along with the terms and conditions of use for each app. Each app may be governed by its own licensing terms.

Who can develop or add an app to the marketplace?
