Since 2005, we've worked with clients to apply the LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) framework for scaling Scrum, lean and agile development to big product groups. We share that experience and knowledge through LeSS so that you too can succeed when scaling.
LeSS framework is single team scrum scaled up. The basic configuration has a single product team of up to 8 Agile teams, each having 8 people.
Jile supports this configuration through a 'Product Workspace', where a team of Agile teams continuously, 'Think-Build-Deliver' features for software products in short increments.
LeSS Huge is for a team of few thousand people, managing one product. Each product can be divided into multiple areas, with each area being managed by a team of Agile teams.
Jile supports this configuration through a 'Large Product Workspace', where multiple teams of Agile teams can be organized around functional areas or sub-products, and they 'Think-Build-Deliver' features in short increments.
